Information technology company CGI UK has been given a contract by the UK Ministry of Defence to provide software that will improve the military’s satellite operations. The 65 million pound ($84 million) agreement will result in “Borealis,” a command, control, and data processing solution that will help monitor and safeguard satellites used by the British armed forces and space agency.
