CACI International has secured a contract valued at $85 million under the US Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation program to provide comprehensive engineering and technical support for naval platforms. The agreement encompasses services such as data analytics, software development, cybersecurity enhancements, and upgrades to onboard control systems across a range of vessels, including ships and submarines. The initiative is aimed at improving operational efficiency, reliability, and resilience in increasingly complex maritime environments. By focusing on both new vessel design and the sustainment of existing platforms, CACI will play a key role in advancing the Navy’s modernization efforts. The contract also reflects the growing importance of digital transformation within naval operations, where software-driven capabilities and secure data management are critical. This award follows the company’s recent strategic expansion, including the acquisition of ARKA Group to strengthen its position in space-based intelligence and advanced sensing technologies. Additionally, CACI’s Spectral electronic warfare system has reached a milestone, moving into low-rate initial production, further reinforcing its role in enhancing situational awareness and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
