France has selected Pilatus’ PC-7 MKX as the new training system for the French Air and Space Force. The French order includes 22 aircraft as well as ground-based training systems that were created in part in partnership with the French industry. In addition, Pilatus will supply simulators, computer-based instruction, mission planning, and debriefing gear. With deliveries anticipated in 2027, the fleet is intended for use in fundamental military pilot training.
