A consortium led by EDGE, along with Abu Dhabi’s Technology Innovation Institute, Micropolis, and SteerAI, is advancing UAE military logistics through the development of a new Autonomous Logistics Platform. The system integrates AI-enabled unmanned ground vehicles to automate material movement within and between manufacturing facilities. Core capabilities include autonomous fleet management, navigation and safety systems, digital twin technology, real-time situational awareness, operational optimization, and advanced analytics. The platform is intended to improve logistics efficiency, reduce manual handling, and support future autonomous defense infrastructure across the UAE’s military-industrial ecosystem.
