According to reports, the Israeli Ministry of Defense (MoD) is in “advanced talks” with the US to purchase Lockheed Martin’s Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM).
The Israeli newspaper Globes said that more information about the alleged agreement is unclear.
According to the source, Lockheed Martin requested that the report be directed to the US government, but the MoD declined to provide any information.
“Foreign military sales are government-to-government transactions, and we collaborate closely with the US government on all military sales to foreign clients,” Globes quoted the business as stating.
