The Netherlands has awarded Italian manufacturer Iveco Defence Vehicles a contract to supply 785 military logistic trucks and related support.
Under the deal, the Dutch military will receive 8×8 and 6×4 trucks in three configurations: Semitrailer Tractor, Recovery, and Hook-lift, which will be equipped with either protected or unprotected cabs.
Although the total amount of the deal has not been publicly disclosed, it includes an option for 785 more vehicles and integrated logistic support for at least 15 years.
These are expected for delivery between 2027 and 2029.
