Saab has secured a contract to equip the Colombian Navy’s new frigate with advanced management systems, sensors, and radars. The deal includes the 9LV Combat Management System and the 9LV Fire Control System, along with cutting-edge sensors and radars for Colombia’s Plataforma Estratégica de Superficie frigate program. As part of the delivery, Saab will also provide the Ceros 200 radar, the EOS 500 electro-optical fire control director, and Sea Giraffe 4A radars.
