Turkey is advancing its naval technology by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its ADVENT Combat Management System, enabling real-time decision-making and better command-and-control in complex maritime environments. The AI framework, known as MAIN (Corporate Artificial Intelligence Platform), was developed by HAVELSAN. It features a specialized language model trained with organizational and naval data, making the system more adaptive and efficient during operations. MAIN is designed to enhance situational awareness, improve response speed, and allow seamless data sharing within task groups. Looking ahead, Turkey intends for ADVENT, powered by MAIN, not only to support the Turkish Naval Forces but also to be offered to friendly and allied navies worldwide as part of its growing defense export portfolio.
