The “Titan 4” is a new iteration of AeroVironment’s counter-drone system that employs radio frequencies (RF) to track and suppress enemy drone activity. Now integrated into a single, portable device, the system is 17% lighter and 73% smaller than its prior dual-chassis version. Titan 4 can be installed in under five minutes and is flexible for mobile operations, creating a protective dome around people and vital infrastructure. The technology produces 540 watts of output across six RF bands, which is a 250% improvement over the previous version’s transmission power.
