The German armed forces have reached an agreement with AeroVironment for the delivery of unmanned ground systems used to detonate bombs. The package includes 41 Telemax HT300 large-class advanced drones, created specifically for counter-explosive ordnance disposal and improvised explosive device operations. The system is designed for difficult terrain and has a manipulator arm, specialized traction, and improved maneuverability for “uneven, unstable, and shifting surfaces.
