Brazil is adopting the MAX 1.2 AC laser-guided missile system as a precision direct-fire capability against tanks and armored vehicles. Developed by SIATT, part of the UAE-based EDGE Group, the system follows a laser-designated path within line of sight, enabling accurate strikes by infantry teams. The weapon has a baseline range of 3.2 kilometers, extendable when deployed alongside platforms like the Cascavel NG.
