The United Kingdom has locked in a multi-year logistics and maintenance agreement with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems to sustain the RAF’s Protector drone fleet.
Dubbed UK PASS, the deal also includes operational support for its training simulators and control stations. The contract is a segment of the larger SkyGuardian Global Support Solutions (SGSS) alliance, which benefits MQ-9B users worldwide like India and Taiwan.
SGSS allows multiple users to share maintenance staff, equipment, and operational costs—creating cost-efficient, scalable solutions.
