Cubic Defense has secured a follow-on contract to provide 140 P5 Internal Subsystems for Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II Lot 21 aircraft production. Developed with subcontractor Leonardo DRS, the systems form part of the P5 Combat Training System, enabling integrated live-flight training for fourth- and fifth-generation fighter aircraft while safeguarding sensitive operational tactics. The networked training architecture records and analyzes mission data in real time to improve interoperability across US and allied forces.
