“The Czech defense firm LPP Holding has introduced an independent unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) designed for military logistics, notably for casualty evacuation and ammo supply.”
The “Hornet” UGV can carry out operations independently thanks to its autonomous control system, which allows it to perform tasks such as computing the best routes and navigating around obstacles in unfamiliar environments.
It can be reconfigured to perform intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, medical emergency response, and chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear support functions for improved force protection.
