Czech defense firm Excalibur International and Turkey’s Aselsan have formed a European-based joint venture to expand collaborative offerings in air defense, electronic warfare, munitions, and border security. A flagship project involves integrating Aselsan’s Korkut 35mm self-propelled anti-aircraft turret onto the Czech Tatra Force 6×6 platform, creating a new mobile air defense solution for export markets. Production activities will be distributed across Czech and Slovak facilities under Czechoslovak Group. The partnership aims to position the integrated system as a competitive alternative to established European platforms.
