L3Harris Technologies announced it delivered nearly 500,000 fuzes in 2025, marking the highest annual output in the company’s history as U.S. and allied munitions production accelerated. The milestone reflects an almost 80 percent increase over 2024 deliveries, when more than 280,000 fuzes were supplied across multiple defense programs. The surge was driven by sustained demand from U.S. Department of Defense modernization efforts and allied replenishment requirements rather than short-term procurement spikes. The company’s Fuzing and Ordnance Systems division expanded output of safe-and-arm devices and electronic timing fuzes used in precision-guided munitions and solid rocket motors. Major multiyear contracts, including an $872.4 million U.S. Army order for M762A1 and M767A1 electronic timing fuzes, underpinned the production ramp-up. Additional sustainment awards, including a 2025 Ogden Air Logistics Complex contract, reinforced long-term supply chain commitments and inventory expansion initiatives.
