Nordic Air Defence has expanded its footprint into Poland through a strategic partnership with WB Group and Tantalit to strengthen counter-drone capabilities. The Swedish firm will establish a local presence while collaborating on integrating its K100XR high-speed drone interceptor into Poland’s counter-UAS ecosystem. The partnership will explore opportunities for joint production, system integration, and potential local manufacturing of the interceptor. NAD will lead system design, while WB Group and Tantalit will contribute AI-driven command-and-control and battlefield networking capabilities. The K100XR, designed as a lightweight, cost-effective interceptor, is capable of speeds exceeding 354 km/h and can operate in swarm configurations to neutralize aerial threats. The collaboration will include technical workshops and feasibility studies, supporting Poland’s defense modernization efforts and potential export prospects.
