Performance Drone Works (PDW) has been awarded over $15.3 million in contracts to supply its exclusive C100 small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS) to the US Army. The Alabama-based company states these drones will enhance the force’s posture in high-profile battlefields, primarily distributed across the Central Command, European, and Indo-Pacific areas of responsibility. These “game-changing” capabilities are expected to provide crucial tactical air support and medium-range reconnaissance.
