GKN Aerospace has launched an 18-month effort to design a clean-sheet uncrewed aerial vehicle for the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration. The platform will feature a modular, adaptive architecture capable of supporting a broad range of mission profiles while remaining open to future upgrades. The program aims to accelerate Sweden’s UAV innovation cycle and deliver an agile, upgradeable capability suitable for evolving defense needs.
