Ursa Major has secured a $32.9 million contract to develop and supply 16 upgraded Hadley H13 engines to Stratolaunch. This multi-year agreement builds on their successful flight collaborations and will support Stratolaunch’s increasing mission tempo.
The Hadley H13 is a mission-enhanced version, designed to offer improved reusability with more engine starts, lowering the cost per flight and enabling new mission profiles and test objectives.
Ursa Major’s Hadley engines have already proven their capability by powering multiple Talon-A missions, achieving sustained Mach 5+ speeds and successful vehicle recovery, validating the engine’s performance in real-world operations.
