The UK and Australia have established a cooperation to create next-generation sub-systems for affordable weapons. The initiative will integrate Australia’s SHARKTOOTH program, which uses “plug-and-launch” modular technology, with the UK’s Modular Weapons Testbed. The tiny missile, known as SHARKTOOTH, is now being developed to enable the quick integration of several components, including propulsion units, sensors, warheads, and guidance systems.
