The US DoD has contracted Hawaii-based Nan Inc. to build a $211M communications facility at Andersen AFB, Guam. The phased project begins with $91.3M in funding and is supervised by NAVFAC Pacific. The state-of-the-art hub, vital for Indo-Pacific operations, is due for completion by March 2030.
