The US Department of State approved a potential $280 million foreign military sale to Jordan for Ku-band Multi-Function Radio Frequency Systems. The radars, supplied by RTX Missile Defense Technologies, provide continuous 360-degree surveillance and are capable of detecting rockets, artillery, mortar rounds, and small drones. The package includes integration, logistics, and training support, strengthening Jordan’s layered air defense posture.
