Robotican has presented a new variant of its ROOSTER hybrid drone system, introducing strike capabilities to a platform previously centered on reconnaissance. The addition of precision-guided functionality allows the drone to transition from observation to offensive missions in urban and subterranean settings.

The system has been upgraded to carry up to 300 grams (10.6 ounces) of payload, enough to equip it with a compact warhead alongside traditional mission equipment. This makes it adaptable to both surveillance and attack roles.

In doing so, the ROOSTER effectively becomes a loitering munition. Its ability to conduct reconnaissance and execute precision strikes in restricted spaces—such as inside buildings or through tunnels—enhances its operational value for military and counterterrorism units working in densely built environments.
