RTX subsidiary Raytheon has awarded TTM Technologies a multi-year contract potentially worth up to $200 million to supply critical electronic components for the U.S. Army’s Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) radar. Under the agreement, TTM will deliver radio-frequency assemblies, printed circuit boards, and specialized hardware supporting Raytheon’s next-generation radar production. The companies previously collaborated during LTAMDS development, and the new deal is intended to stabilize supply chains and support accelerated production as the program ramps up. LTAMDS is designed to replace the legacy Patriot radar, offering 360-degree coverage and improved tracking and discrimination of advanced air and missile threats.
