Anduril was selected by Saab to produce solid rocket motors for the Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb, developed with Boeing. These motors will replace the old systems and offer better safety and production features. Anduril plans to start full-rate production by 2026 and is investing $75 million to expand its plant in McHenry, Mississippi, which will improve production capacity. This expansion follows a $14. 3 million grant under the Defense Production Act and is focused on using advanced automation to boost productivity and lower costs. Additionally, Anduril completed a static test firing of a hypersonic rocket engine for the US Navy.
