BAE Systems has secured a new supply contract for its BONUS precision-guided artillery shells, placed by the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration on behalf of the national armed forces.
This new acquisition is valued at close to $62 million and will bolster Sweden’s long-range artillery arsenal amid growing emphasis on precision warfare.
The BONUS shell is designed to deliver smart, top-attack capability against enemy armor, including tanks and mobile artillery, making it a crucial component of Sweden’s evolving ground force strategy.
