Blackhawk has secured a key contract to deliver its modular Holster Carry System to the German armed forces.
Engineered to meet the demanding needs of Bundeswehr personnel, the system supports holster placement on the belt, chest, or thigh and incorporates quick-release adapters for integration with Blackhawk and G-Code RTI components.
Manufactured in the United States, the system prioritizes ruggedness and operational adaptability based on field experience.
Helmut Hofmann, the German project partner, described the program as a successful combination of US engineering excellence with German precision and logistical expertise.
Outdoor Marketing International, Blackhawk’s European representative, played an instrumental role in winning the contract through local market insight.
Recent German soldier equipment initiatives include Rheinmetall’s April 2024 contract for 191,000 tactical intercom systems, the August 2024 leather holster tender for the HK SFP9‑TR, and Mehler Protection’s March 2025 follow-on modular vest supply for Special Operations Forces.
