SMARTSHOOTER will continue supplying its SMASH 2000LE smart fire-control systems to the US Army under a new $10.7-million award. The handheld system uses artificial intelligence and tracking algorithms to assist rifle units in defeating drones and hostile targets with greater accuracy. The latest configuration also introduces enhanced networking capabilities for battlefield data sharing, reinforcing the company’s growing presence across US Army, Marine Corps, and Air Force programs.
