BAE Systems Hägglunds and GDLS-Canada are partnering to bid for Canada’s Domestic Arctic Mobility Enhancement project with the BvS10 Beowulf. Capable of transporting 14 troops or 8,000 kg, the amphibious system is engineered for extreme Arctic and difficult terrain. Canada plans to acquire four vehicle variants under a CAD 250–499 million program, with initial and final deliveries anticipated between 2029 and 2032. Roshel and ST Engineering are also competing with the ExtremV platform.
