The Senator Medical Evacuation, an ambulance version of the Senator 4×4 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle developed by Canadian mobility company Roshel, has been released. The system, which is built on the standard Ford F-550 chassis of its base model, has an additional rear door to facilitate associated activities. The platform’s interior is equipped with specialized tools to aid tactical health professionals in the field and can accommodate four patients in a supine position. Roshel’s announcement followed the September release of its Captain armored personnel carrier, which is based on the Toyota Land Cruiser 70.
