KBR has been given a $229 million contract to find and create possible enhancements for the CH-47 Chinook cargo helicopter. According to the agreement, the Houston-based business will conduct research, analysis, assessment, and development of recommendations with the goal of improving the helicopter’s availability and dependability, as well as lowering support expenses.
