Airbus has delivered the final batch of 16 C-295 military transport planes to India two months ahead of schedule, concluding the foreign part of a major modernization deal. Out of 56 aircraft ordered, remaining units will be assembled domestically, boosting India’s airlift capability and supporting its defense industry through local production at a Gujarat facility.
