The MBDA Akeron missile family has evolved into a fifth-generation, network-enabled precision strike system designed for complex battlefields. Originating from the MMP and MHT programs, the Akeron MP and long-range LP variants support fire-and-forget and man-in-the-loop engagements with digital connectivity. The MP offers ranges beyond 4 kilometers using fiber-optic guidance and dual-mode seekers, while the LP extends beyond-line-of-sight strike capability up to 20 kilometers.
