Pakistan is slated to receive FC-31 Gyrfalcon stealth fighters from China as part of its ongoing air force upgrade.
The collaboration surfaced publicly in 2024 with the unveiling of Chinese transport and combat aircraft. Though no official quantities were shared, reports point to a 30–40 jet package.
These jets are expected to include the PL-17, a long-range missile system with a reach of 400 kilometers (249 miles).
