Lockheed Martin delivered a record 191 F-35 fighter jets in 2025, the highest annual output in the program’s history, bringing the global fleet close to 1,300 aircraft. Production now outpaces any other allied fighter program, supported by strong international demand. Italy and Denmark expanded their fleets, while Finland, Belgium, and Norway reached key milestones. The Joint Program Office finalized Lots 18–19, covering up to 296 aircraft valued at $24 billion. This milestone follows the program surpassing one million flight hours and completing the TR-3 software upgrade.
