France has taken delivery of its first Airbus H160 helicopter for the National Gendarmerie, marking a key step in fleet modernization. Ordered in 2021, the aircraft will undergo acceptance and integration through early 2027. Supported by a long-term Airbus services agreement, the H160 will operate alongside H145 helicopters, expanding capabilities for public service, emergency response, and security missions.
