Italian defense company Leonardo will buy Iveco Defence for €1.7B ($1.95B). Iveco produces military and civil armored vehicles. The acquisition is expected to finalize in Q1 2026, pending approvals. Leonardo also reported an 11.7% revenue increase in H1 2025, totaling €8.9B, and reaffirmed its full-year forecast of €18.6B.
