The 30th updated F-16 Viper has been delivered to the Hellenic Air Force by the American company Lockheed Martin. This improvement improves Greece’s defense as well as its capacity for smooth collaboration with allied forces. The aircraft is a component of a larger modernization initiative aimed at improving Greece’s combat aviation capabilities. As part of a $1.5 billion deal struck in 2018, Athens started upgrading its US-made F-16s to the Viper configuration.
