The Italian government’s land armaments directorate has placed a 755 million euro ($786 million) order with Iveco Defense Vehicles (IDV), the defense division of the Turin-based Iveco Group, for 1,453 tactical-logistics trucks. The acquisition, which will take place between 2025 and 2038, represents a significant advancement in the modernization of the Italian Army’s tactical-logistics fleet.
