As part of a contract with Russia signed in 2018, the last two export versions of the Sukhoi Su-30 fighter planes have been delivered to the Myanmar Air Force. The delivery took place at the Meiktila Air Base Aviation School during the celebration of the military’s 77th anniversary. It is the third batch that Moscow has provided to the Southeast Asian nation, with the first pair arriving in July 2022 and the second pair four months after.
