New Zealand will acquire five MH-60R Seahawk helicopters and two Airbus A321XLR aircraft in a $1.57B deal. The helicopters come armed with torpedoes, Hellfire missiles, and advanced systems, replacing aging assets and strengthening anti-submarine and attack capabilities, with delivery expected by 2028.
