As part of a foreign military sale from 2022, the US has provided Poland with the first batch of M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks. The package, which arrived in Gdynia, included 28 tanks equipped with the newest System Enhanced Package 3 configuration, which aligns the platforms’ armor, firepower, and mobility with modern warfare requirements. Following the delivery, the tanks will be moved to a Pozna? facility for inspection before being distributed throughout the armed forces.
