Lockheed Martin, through its Polish segment PZL Mielec, has completed the delivery of all four S-70i medium transport/utility helicopters to the Polish Armed Forces, fulfilling a contract signed in 2021. These helicopters are based on the initial iteration of the US Army’s UH-60M Black Hawk system. Lockheed Martin noted that the S-70i aircraft previously supplied to Warsaw demonstrated their capabilities during a recent flood response mission in Poland’s southern region.
