Raytheon, a business under RTX, has unveiled the MTS-A-HD, a next-generation high-definition targeting system aimed at enhancing situational awareness and decision-making for US Navy helicopter crews in high-threat maritime environments. As the latest advancement in the Multispectral Targeting System (MTS) series, the MTS-A-HD delivers superior image clarity and targeting precision. It also features a modular architecture, allowing for seamless upgrades and integration with existing platforms. This system builds upon the legacy of MTS sensors already operational on more than 400 Navy helicopters, strengthening their capabilities during critical missions.
