The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded BAE Systems Land & Armaments a $656.2 million contract to produce additional Bradley armored fighting vehicles, specifically the M7A4 and M2A4 variants, which have been mainstays of American land forces since the 1980s. The Pentagon’s notice indicates that manufacturing locations and funding will be decided with each order, with BAE Systems expected to continue this production project through November 2027.
