Poland’s delivery of four Homar-K launchers comes from a 2022 order for 218 modules. This supports the country’s artillery modernization, developed with international partners. The Polish Armed Forces will get eight additional modules by year’s end, reflecting ongoing integration into artillery units. The modernization, including Homar-K, is part of a broader plan to replace Soviet-era equipment. In October 2022, the Polish Armaments Agency and Hanwha Aerospace signed for 288 K239 Chunmoo launchers, with the first modules being integrated in Poland.
