As part of a deal made in 2016, Boeing has delivered the British Army’s last AH-64E Apache attack helicopter. The system, which is the 50th aircraft in the program, was handed over to the military at Boeing’s facility in Arizona and will then be moved to Suffolk in 2026 after further assessments are completed. It will be stationed alongside active Apaches at the British Army Aviation Centre in Middle Wallop, Hampshire, as well as at Wattisham Flying Station, where the training fleet is located.
