According to three sources familiar with the U.S. Army’s program to create its first Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV), Textron Systems has apparently been chosen as the winner. Textron’s RIPSAW 3 reportedly beat out RCV bids from McQ, General Dynamics, and Oshkosh Defense, according to Breaking Defense. The Army is not anticipated to make an official announcement until a later date, even though the winning vendor has already been informed.
