Ukraine’s defense industry has revealed a new unmanned ground combat platform aimed at strengthening frontline survivability and firepower. Developed by Frontline Robotics in collaboration with BUREVII, the ARDAL UGV features a remotely operated Burya turret paired with an Mk 19 automatic grenade launcher. The platform enables indirect engagement of enemy targets while keeping operators at a safe distance. Designed to operate under combat conditions with minimal exposure, ARDAL reflects Ukraine’s broader strategy of rapidly fielding unmanned and robotic systems to sustain pressure on opposing forces while preserving personnel amid prolonged conflict.
